How will I know if my order has been confirmed?
You will receive confirmation of your order by the next business day. You will be notified within 48 hours if there are any issues with your order. If you reach us during non-business hours just leave us a message and we will return your call promptly. Or feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We make every effort to keep our website updated with correct availability and pricing.
What are your shipping policies?
All unframed art will ship within 2-4 business days of your order, all framed art within 4 weeks of your order. We cannot ship to PO boxes. All orders will be shipped ground UPS or Fed-ex signature required. Please contact us directly if you require expedited shipping. For all orders over $500.00, your shipping address must match your billing address.
What are your policies for damages and returns?
If your order was damaged in shipping, or if you are not satisfied with your order we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods. We will issue a Return Authorization Code. In the case of damages from shipping, keep all original packaging to file a claim. Write the Return Authorization Code on the outside of the original packaging and return to Wildsville within ten business days. Returns shipped without the Return Authorization Code will not be accepted. Custom order art cannot be returned/refunded. Shipping fees and special order framing will be deducted from the refund. Once your order is received and processed you will receive an email that will include a link to UPS or Fed ex’s website so that you can track the progress of your shipment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If you want to pay by check or money order we will reserve your order when payment is received and ship as soon as the funds clears.
Do you have any layaway options?
Yes! Layaway is available on all orders $500.00 and over. For orders over $500.00 a 90 day plan is available. You will pay 25% up front, and then your credit card will automatically be charged at the 30 day, 60 day and final 90 day date. For $3,000.00 or more 25% is charged up front with four equal payments over the next four months. We keep all art and will ship to you once payments are complete. Partial layaway payments that aren’t completed are non-refundable, but can be applied to other gallery credit. If a credit card payment is declined and in default for 30 days we will send out reminders via email and phone. After final notice we will cancel the order and make the art available for purchase.
What are your framing options?
Our framing option features quality acid free beveled mats with a classic black wood frame molding. Our framer is a long time specialist in animation art framing and has worked for years with Warner Bros. and Disney. Custom frame designs are available, and will be individually quoted. Please contact us for further information.
Will there be any sales tax charged?
Any order shipped in California will be charged the 8.25 sales tax. Orders shipped outside of California will not be charged tax. Showroom: If you plan to be in the Burbank/Los Angeles area and want to visit Wildsville please call 1-888-462-2684 to make an appointment.
Do you accept specific art requests?
Yes! Please contact us to request particular characters or scenes you don’t see in our website.
